No Poverty
From RTA we contribute to the end of poverty through collaboration with food recipients
By 2021 we will launch the project Every kg Account that allows us to donate food directly to the most disadvantaged people through an awareness campaign of our international customers.
We also promote sustainable tourism in less-favored communities by encouraging the confirmation of services to small local or artisanal businesses.

Zero Hunger
Our goal as a Travel and Events Agency is to recover surpluses in perfect consumption conditions and redistribute them free of charge through charities to the most disadvatanged people. We also favor the use of suppliers who bet on the use of local products in tourist destinations, integrating it into the value chain of the sector.
At RTA Group we believe that income growth in local communities can lead to more resilient agriculture while bringing value to the tourism experience.
RTA Group collaborates with catering and ONG to recover the leftovers of their events in biodegradable containers and delivery to thte volunteer network.

God Health And Well-Being
As travel agencies and events in constant contact with people being workers, suppliers, and customers, we adopt efficient safety and hygiene protocols in the products we offer throughout the value chain to avoid impacts on the health of our customers in special attention to the prevention measures of Covid 19.
We also raise awareness of the choice of menu at our events with local and seasonal products where vegetables, legumes, rice, and indigenous foods are listed that promote a balanced diet by virtue of well-being. We encourage activity that leads to the physical well-being of our guests.

Within our organization, we develop training plans for our employees for a better professionalization of the activity. We encourage the participation of our employees in actions of training in new products and in new destinations contributing to a properly trained and competent workforce.
We also collaborate with international universities and extra university training programs developing internships in our centers.

At RTA Group we follow strictly professional protocols and recognize the value and effort of our employees alike, regardless of gender, identity, or sexual orientation.
In addition, from RTA Group we promote activities for our CSR clients with receiving entities and centers focused on the protection and reintegration of abused women.

Clean Water And Sanitation
At RTA Group we promote the offer of hotels aware of water-saving policies. These hotels monitor their energy consumption daily to ensure responsible consumption and integrate innovative technological solutions to achieve their sustainable goals.
We also encourage the use of reusable bottles or single-purpose contenders of recycled material for drinking water instead of plastic bottles at all of our events.

Affordable and Clean Energy
Through our knowledge of the products offered, we promote whenever possible walking distance services from the event venue. When this is not possible we collaborate with transportation companies that use clean energy in their facilities, who train their employees for more efficient driving, and who are working to compensate for the carbon footprint.
We select suppliers that use renewable energy in all their forms, whenever possible.
Our office with south exposure allows us to take advantage of the maximum hours of sunlight and avoid energy consumption.

Decent Work and Economic Growth
Through our sector, we create an industry that promotes the local employment of small entrepreneurs and farmers. We also drive the purchase of gifts/memories from our events from local producers who also use natural or recycled materials.
With the collaboration in the project El Capital Semilla we are committed to local entrepreneurship projects in women and young people at risk of social exclusion so that they have access to quality training and micro-credits to start undertaking.

Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure
At RTA Group we knit partnerships with companies in the technological tourism sector to enhance sustainable innovation throughout the value chain. For example, through the updating of our internal management system we can offer our clients the possibility to perform sustainable events according to the degree of sustainability required.
We are constantly informing ourselves of everything that improves the effectiveness and efficiency of our creative and productive processes for our customers and employees.

Reduces Inequalities
In our DNA is gender equality, that is why we support the Association Solidarity Workshop, a Spanish NGO of international cooperation for development in search of social justice, to protect the dignity and improve the living conditions of women and the most vulnerable groups.
Our staff T-shirts have been produced by disadvantaged women supporting a project so they can have a job option to take the reins of their lives again.
We also offer our costumers textile products such as masks of the brand "clothes made with love" where safety and comfort go hand in hand with solidarity

At RTA GROUP we do responsible work by promoting CSR activities in rural settings in our programs.
We designate team builds and events that have no negative impact on the environment and encourage discoveries of the uniqueness of rural areas.
We prefer the use of independent or family-run hotels, restaurants, or locations that promote local and seasonal products. We promote local and local gastronomic culture.

Responsible Consumption and Production
To achieve economic growth and sustainable development, it is urgent to reduce the ecological footprint through a change in the methods of production and consumption of goods and resources, that is why we finance crowd farming projects that allow us to consume what has been economically produced for us.
It is also important for us to encourage recycling and waste reduction, which is why we ask our suppliers to eliminate the use of plastic material in favor of recycled material at our events. And we provide a network of volunteers who collect material produced for our events to be recycled.

We contribute to awareness-raising and environmental education through team building activities that contribute to forest reforestation, the cleanliness of beaches or Spanish coasts.

Life Bellow Water
We promote activities in our programs to raise awareness of marine activity and consumption of local products. We also promote activities related to the sponsorship of marine animals (e.g. turtles of the Oceanografic de valencia) that have risen damage to our coasts; or gastronomic classrooms where we disseminate through visits and activities the gastronomic, culinary, nutritious and sensory values of fishery products.

Life On Land
In line with other previous points, RTA Group contributes to the better conservation of ecosystems through social awareness of the importance of the use of surpluses in order to avoid overexploitation of terrestrial natural resources and the use of sustainable infrastructures.
We also propose for our events the use of digital options or apps to avoid the impression of papers or plastic materials. We collaborate with recycling companies that give a second life to the ephemeral materials used for the production of our events.

Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions
We work to sustain and strengthen our international reputation for being a value company, with morality, integrity, and excellence. In our DNA we have the values of honesty and horseback riding. We avoid misbehavior, respect the laws, and understand the consequences of our actions. We work to make ourselves trustworthy, dealing with our workers, suppliers, and customers with respect to dignity thinking for the good of the community.

Patnerships for the Goals
Goal 17 is to strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development.
In the internal scope, we have aligned the company's social responsibility strategy with the SDGs, integrating it into the company's culture.
In the external scope Sharing information with other DMCs about key suppliers and service providers to carry out projects to contribute to the SDGs and set annual targets. We also promote actions in the field of industry associations in which we are involved to develop ethical codes and business models under sustainability criteria.
